The communication before and during the training was amazing with Paul. All the team members had a good time, and they could not stop praising the experience they had during the practical and how the whole experience was made fun. As a business that is ever-changing, I personally find it really easy to work with Paul as there was a few last-minute changes on our end. So really appreciate all the support we were given and the quality of the training.

Paul has been coming to train people on MEWPS and forklifts with us for over 10 years. It's always great to see him, and his approach really suits us as an organisation; he's encouraging and patient and puts people at their ease.

Superb! Great presentation, shared experiences and relatable course content. Really refreshing to have a potentially boring technical vocational course delivered with such enthusiasm by Paul. Really enjoyed his upbeat and positive approach making very day a school day, always time to learn. Time well spent.
